Ballet Indiana Evansville Theatre reviews
Chelsea-no starting a show drunkety drunk drunk.
"I was in love with Ballet Indiana, but this 10:30 show did not meet my expectations. The first words out of her mouth were about how already drunk she was. She would begin stories and never finish them. Also, any time she did a joke that people did not like- she would just tell everyone to shut up to get a few laughs. The first few times were funny, the 30th and 31st, were not. And, while I know this is her trademark, it was evident throughout her entire show that she very much was. Then, she would pick somebody out of the crowd and make fun of them. It did not seem very planned out at all. Also- seating in the theater was terrible. I was squashed between two bigger men, and the folding chairs were no help on the comfort front. While I love her, I would not add a second show in a city- because I think her concentration was a bit gone by the time her second late night show rolled around."
